Pleasant Surprise at This Hotel! Our stay far exceeded our expectations. While the reception area is compact, it's clean, comfortable, and well-organized, with a quick and efficient check-in process. The room was the real highlight: completely renovated, spotless, and with a very pleasing design. It featured a comfortable King-size bed, quality sheets and pillows, and all the necessary amenities. What we loved most were the numerous power outlets! They were perfect for charging all our devices and working comfortably from a laptop. The bathroom was also clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast, a standard American offering, was good, and the dining area was always clean and organized. The staff member in charge was very friendly and attentive. The location is excellent: a quiet, safe, and green area. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. Although there was nearby construction, it wasn't an issue. The night was very peaceful, allowing us to rest comfortably. We only stayed one night, but the experience was so positive that we would definitely return. It's an ideal choice if you're staying in the area. However, if your plan is to spend a lot of time in downtown Atlanta, you might prefer something closer to the city. Highly recommended!
All I can say is I am extremely impressed. I come to Atlanta often and I usually stay at another chain hotel. However Best Western is definitely my new hotel. It is very clean and the breakfast was so fresh and amazing! Also, Zephanie was such a sweetheart. I didn't get much sleep the night before and she allowed me to check out an hour later. I'm definitely going to be returning!
